Schrämli Holding AG acquires A. Bachmann Group.

BDO's M&A team acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of A. Bachmann Group on the entire sales process to Schrämli Holding AG.

BDO advised the shareholders during the sales process and negotiations on the share purchase agreement until the closing of the transaction.

A. Bachmann Group is a leading manufacturer of sophisticated sheet metal parts with approx. 80 employees. It operates as a general contractor for customer-specific requests as well as for the production, assembly and testing of subassemblies, devices and components. The company employs ca. 150 people.

Schrämli Holding AG is the owner of independently operated Swiss SMEs, all of which have earned an excellent reputation in the industry as reliable suppliers with high quality.
