Heinz Vogel has been with BDO for over 30 years. During this time, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Head of Central Switzerland Region, among other roles at BDO. He now contributes his extensive expertise on a part-time basis and looks after BDO clients in Central Switzerland.
From 2010 to 2021, Mr Vogel was Head of Central Switzerland Region and a Member of the Executive Committee at BDO. In 2017, he joined the Board of Directors of BDO, which he chaired from 2019 to 2021. Owing to tenure restrictions, Heinz Vogel relinquished his roles on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of BDO in 2022.
As a business economist and certified auditor, Mr Vogel handles audit mandates for medium-sized companies, provides support for M&A projects and advises management bodies (boards of directors and trustees). Heinz Vogel also sits on the boards of commercial and trading companies and chairs the boards of trustees of a variety of pension funds. He is a member of several sports clubs including the Lucerne-Reuss Lions Club.
