HSBH Holding AG aquires Flachglas Schweiz Group.

The BDO team headed by Matthias Büeler advised HSBH Holding AG on the acquisition of Flachglas Schweiz Group as M&A and financial, tax and legal due diligence advisor. 
 
The Flachglas Schweiz Group, including Flachglas Thun AG, Flachglas Wikon AG and Flachglas (Schweiz) AG, is active in the field of glass solutions for the construction of new buildings and renovation of existing buildings. The company specializes in particular in the sale of fire protection glass and is known for its high quality products. The Flachglas Schweiz Group employs about 200 people and has been the go-to company for high-quality glass applications for almost four decades. The company was previously owned by the Flachglas Wernberg GmbH, a German based supplier of high quality glass products for the construction industry.
