Belfor (Suisse) AG sells its business unit «Fire Protection in German-speaking Switzerland» to Roth Gruppe AG.

The BDO M&A team Switzerland acted as exclusive financial advisor to BELFOR (Suisse) AG in the sale of its fire protection activities in German speaking Switzerland to ROTH-GRUPPE AG.

The subdivision «Constructional Fire Protection» has been active on the Swiss market for around 40 years and specializes in the installation and maintenance of high-quality fire protection installations in new buildings and for renovations to existing properties.

With five offices in German-speaking Switzerland, the fire protection division has good local roots and broad coverage of the market area.

With the acquisition of this division, ROTH GRUPPE AG strengthens its leading position in constructional fire protection throughout Switzerland and massively expands the service area. The team of ROTH GRUPPE is expanded by a highly qualified specialist team with experienced managers from BELFOR.
