BDO acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of Perspectix AG on the entire sales process to AUCTUS Capital Partners AG. 

This included the preparation of the sales documentation, identification and approach of potential buyers, support during the buyer's due diligence, negotiations as well as the entire process management until the closing of the transaction.
