Marcel Gertsch is a Vice-Director and Head of Advisory at BDO Aarau. He has managed and coordinated national and international M&A projects. He has been working for BDO for 10 years and has extensive due diligence and transaction experience, including in restructuring, share purchase agreement negotiations, financing and valuations.
