Domotec AG acquires BUMA Haustechnik AG.

BDO's M&A team acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of BUMA Haustechnik AG on the entire sales process to Domotec AG, a Swiss subsidiary of the internationally active ARISTON Thermo Group.

This included the preparation of the sales documents, the identification and approach of potential buyers, the supervision of the buyer's due diligence, negotiations as well as the entire process management until the closing of the transaction.

BUMA Haustechnik AG has become the leading spare parts wholesaler for the long-life BUMA water heaters and has set the highest standards in terms of availability, service and consulting quality.

Domotec AG, as the new strategic owner of the company, has included the BUMA spare parts in its product portfolio with the acquisition and guarantees distribution in the accustomed quality.
