Private Investor acquires Gremolith AG.

As lead advisor, the BDO team supported and accompanied the shareholders of Gremolith AG on the entire sales process to a private investor (Management-Buy-in; MBI).

This included the preparation of the sales documents, the identification and approach of potential buyers, the supervision of the buyer's due diligence, negotiations as well as the entire process management until the closing of the transaction.

Gremolith AG, with its 80-year company history, is the specialized production, consulting and development partner for polyester, casting and phenolic resins.

At its production site in Bazenheid (SG), the company employs around 20 highly trained specialists who quickly and competently implement customer-specific developments for manufacturers of fiber-reinforced plastics or industrial companies, thus ensuring consistently high quality.
