Whether you choose an internship or direct entry – all of us at BDO are motivated, curious and interested in people and the many aspects of business. We work independently and professionally in small teams so you’ll be asked to take responsibility early on.

Internship for students and graduates

BDO offers a small number of internships as required. An internship is a way to gain insights into the many fascinating areas in which BDO operates – all under the guidance of one of our specialists. You will gain useful experience to support your future career choices. We aim to involve you in suitable assignments as soon as possible.

Requirements

You have already successfully completed several semesters of your degree programme in an economic or legal field. You are a confident user of MS Office.

Direct entry

At BDO, graduates can look forward to a varied and interesting work profile, the chance to take responsibility at an early stage and a comprehensive learning and development programme. We want to empower the next generation of specialists and/or leaders at our company.

Who should consider direct entry?

Most of our people have qualifications in a field of economics/business. We are, however, open to applications from candidates with other qualifications.
